Fantastic Valentine's Day Classes!

There were several Valentine's Day Classes over the weekend at Savory Green to celebrate the romance of delicious French cuisine! Our menu involved savory dishes from a starter of crostini with black-olive tapenade, seafood and vegetables en papiote, and chicken and vegetables en papiotte. Healthy, simple and much enjoyed by all members! Our dessert was a delicious chocolate souffle cake finished with a dollop of Tracy's topping providing a sweet ending to a great dinner.
As a chef and a teacher over time, I have had students who enter my classes, with less cooking knowledge and experience, but with instruction and guidance, produce the most amazing gourmet food! As I tell my students, everybody can cook!

Our Sweets for your Sweetheart Class was another fun and sweet class held this weekend! To be able to produce gourmet chocolates in professional packaging, is awesome!
